Creating your Formspring API key

In order to link Tweetbrite to your Formspring account, you'll need to generate a new API key. You can do this on the Formspring.com website using these steps:

  1. Log-in to your Formspring account.
  2. Click the "Account Settings" link in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Click the "API" section:

  4. Click the "create another key" link in the 2nd paragraph:

  5. Fill out the form as shown in the image below. You must grant at least "Data" permissions in order for Eventbrite to work properly:

  6. The API key is the long string of letters and numbers highlighted below. When creating a link to your Formspring account in Eventbrite, this is the API key you'll need to copy and paste into the form. That's it!
